Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) - Fall & Winter 2024 Events for Kids
MoMA offers engaging art workshops for kids year-round. These events are free, though some require online registration, which opens during the first week of each month.
Fall & Winter 2024 Events (September to December)
1. Art Lab: Line, Shape, Color
Description: Play with line and light, draw, and create art with shapes. Drop in and explore activities that interest you.
Age Group: All ages welcome

2. Family Gallery Talks: Art and the Senses (Ages 4-10, Ages 11-14)
Description: Explore art through discussions and activities that engage all the senses. Kids and adults participate together.

3. Explore This! Latin American Design
Description: Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month with hands-on activities and explore the exhibition Crafting Modernity: Design in Latin America, 1940–1980.
Age Group: Ages 5 and up

Location: The Philip Johnson Galleries, MoMA
Description: Enjoy story time with artful tales that inspire thinking, talking, moving, and creating. Each week features a new story, followed by activities that connect to artworks at MoMA.
Age Group: Ages 2 and up

Cost: Free, no registration required
